From business studies to copywriting
Communication and language skills
The German language and foreign languages have inspired me since my school days. I communicate perfectly in English, both verbally and in writing, and I now also speak Spanish fluently.
I completed my first degree in 2011 at the HFU Business School in Villingen-Schwenningen as a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management. I chose to study in English because it allowed me to get to know students from other countries and cultures and make contacts around the world. I spent my semester abroad at San Francisco State University in the USA.
Sustainable lifestyle
After my internship, I wrote my bachelor's thesis on sustainability and corporate social responsibility using the example of the international lighting company Zumtobel Group - this was also my first point of contact with the topic of sustainability. From then on, this focus ran through all my professional and private stations.
Communications Professional
I have worked successfully in communications and marketing for regional and international companies for over ten years. I helped build a start-up for sustainable wooden high-rises and communicated in specialist circles as a PR manager for wind turbine control systems. In the Green Parliamentary Club of Vorarlberg, I worked as a media officer in the government and at the University of Liechtenstein, I promoted the master's program "Information Systems" (Business Informatics) worldwide in professional and student circles.
Writing and texting
At the end of 2019, I completed my correspondence course in journalism at the Freie Journalistenschule Berlin as a Diplom Journalistin (FJS). My final paper at the FJS Berlin, a report on the fight against plastic waste, was graded "Excellent" by my supervisor and renowned journalist Alfred Hermsdörfer.
People. Places. Memories.
During my studies, I already enjoyed looking after tourists in winter sports resorts during the vacation months and also worked as a tourism specialist for the town of Meersburg on Lake Constance. My wanderlust led me to many countries and places in Europe, the USA, Australia and Southeast Asia. With my twin sister, I finally fulfilled a great wish of my heart in 2019 and took a trip around the world. Slow Travelling and mindful travelling were a big concern for us. We recorded our experiences for our friends and family in a travel blog and shared it on Instagram: @twinswhotravel.
Not only texts that move
I, too, am always on the move. That is pure vitality for me. I played handball in Vorarlberg for over twenty years. Also (Padel-)Tennis has been an important part of my life for quite some time. Through my contacts I have gained insights into the professional area of the ATP tour as well as in the strongly emerging padel tennis (in Spain the number two after soccer) over many years. I enjoy going to sporting events and have been a guest at the Tennis French-, US-, and Australian Open or at the Handball Champions League Final Four in Cologne. Exercise, yoga and a healthy, sustainable lifestyle are part of my everyday life. I try to be out in nature as often as possible in my free time, hiking, skiing, rollerblading, biking or walking.
