Today, we are inundated with news and information. More and more frequently from our self-created bubble. Much of it is negative information. The headlines revolve around scandals, crises and problems in our world. This causes anxiety and creates a society that is increasingly overwhelmed and easy to manipulate.

We need more solutions

We should be able to inform ourselves objectively and independently of the bubble we are in. Through my constructive, journalistic work, I want to create more positivity, more clarity and more trust in society.

I am convinced that we humans do not need more money, more things and more consumption. Instead, we want less everyday life and less hamster wheel - but more freedom, more mindfulness and more life.
